I S Systems has dedicated service agreements in place with some key clients. Each service agreement is tailored to the client’s particular needs.
Every service agreement results in a team of I S Systems engineers, specifically trained on the client’s process, site and equipment, being put on a 24 hr, 7 days a week call-out roster
Remote support
I S Systems have proven, through extensive work overseas, that we are more than capable of providing support to clients in remote locations.
Depending on the client’s systems and requirements, I S Systems provide remote support through a combination of : − telephone support, − internet messaging support, − Troubleshooting of PLC and Drives systems via PC Anywhere or a high speed, independently hosted Internet service
